Nijmegen and Rotterdam

That was a great weekend... friday I played at the Valkhof Affaire together with Danielle Lemaire and on saturday solo at De Player in Rotterdam. 2 quite different sets, although on saturday I filtered out an element from my friday set and worked it out a bit further. Saturday was also the day that I met my friends from incite/ for the first time!

Well yeah, at first I thought it was nothing special... but actually it is. In one page you get a good overview of the artist's work, gigs, photo's, background info etc. etc. Besides that is it also a nice and easy way to find out more about other artists in the "friends" section. Anyway, I decided I had to get one myself... find it overhere.

Being infected with ButtFuckPussy...

Last monday I met up with Eleanor and Randall from ButtFuckPussy, who are touring Europe to infect stray noise musicians (like myself) with the ButtFuckPussy disease... We made a date to infect me during the planned staplerfahrer gig, last friday... we were fusing together and now there's an itch crawling up my spine to spread the disease aswell...

Great night all together; Machinefabriek created a long drone starting off with a calm guitar melody that ended in a piercing noise wave. Masonic Youth where simply awesome; like visiting a ritual cleansing... I'm still carrying it though...
